5 Prenatal Recommendations to Support your Body’s Alignment In Between Adjustment Visits:
- Rock pelvis forward while sitting & avoid slouching. Swedish kneeling chairs and stability balls can be great.
- Keep sacroiliac joint (SI joints) moving! Figure 8 motions and squats are great.
- Avoid one sided repetitive motions at work and home.
- Perform supportive exercises to adapt to pregnancy and prepare for birth. Spinning Babies and the Miles Circuit are great resources.
- Stay hydrated and eat nourishing whole foods.
