“Is there anything I can do at home to help with the healing process?”
We have been getting this question a lot, and the answer is always YES! We give gentle and specific adjustments to help your body adapt and unwind stress. However, here are some things you can do to help assist your body with the healing process in between visits:
- Cut out sugar and alcohol
- Take an epsom salt bath
- Drink plenty of water
- Get some exercise every day! Walking, jogging, climbing, biking, snowboarding, or chasing a busy toddler- these are a few of our favorites!
